We prefer to partner with clients on retained search projects. A normal search project will typically take three to four weeks, but we’ll try to work to your deadlines as much as possible.
Our engagement will be based on a mutually agreed proposal outlining our approach, search timeframes and methodology, along with a proposed understanding of your candidate criteria to ensure we deliver on time and on target. We understand that confidentiality is essential; no information you give us will be disclosed to anybody else without your permission.
