We will ascertain your required candidate criteria in terms of their leadership skills, work and personal attributes. We will discuss the time frames in which you need to secure a candidate. The information we gather will form the basis of our proposal to you.

Search Methodology

Once appointed, we begin a tailored search leveraging our extensive network of contacts and market knowledge to present either a full and comprehensive market map, or along-list and recommended shortlist of candidates showing a brief career history and details of current role. We will also tap senior confidential market sources to gain feedback on proposed shortlisters to ensure our presentation offers you the best talent in the market.

Within the time frames agreed, we present you with our market map or long and shortlist findings, and consult and guide you through the presentations so you can identify the individuals you want us to approach.

Approaches and Interviews

Under your directive, we will make discreet approaches to the targeted shortlist of candidates and respond with further in-depth reports profiling a full career history and the skills they are currently utilising, as well as their personal qualities, aspirations and, where appropriate, remuneration. We’ll of course also gauge their willingness to engage in further discussion.

Successful delivery

Securing the candidate can be complex and involve tricky negotiations and contract reviews. We take care of the whole process:managing the candidate’s expectations; assisting and guiding them through the sometimes difficult resignation and exit process;and smoothing their entry into a new position with your business.

After Care

We like to conduct a follow-up briefing with successful candidates to offer you their feedback on the engagement process and on their on-boarding experience when they join your business.
